The second in our Cooking Series was a Spring Celebration Lunch class with Chef Brendan Downer.

While demonstrating the preparation of delicious and healthy options for a springtime lunch, Chef Brendan teaches restaurant techniques and tricks of the trade to turn the best of spring produce into an amazing celebratory meal to share with friends and family.

The evening involved the hands-on preparation of two courses and then enjoying the feast accompanied by sumptuous Northburn Station wines. A fantastic night out with friends!
