Drinking well now – it should continue to develop in the bottle for many years with honey flavours becoming more pronounced.

Tasting Notes
Winemaker's notes: “Clean ripe grapes were harvested over two days in the third week of April 2009. The juice was fermented slowly at low temperatures to ensure good mouth feel as well as clean, fresh flavours. The crisp acid is balanced with the small amount of residual sugar and as a result neither is dominant. As well as drinking well now – it should continue to develop in the bottle for many years with honey flavours becoming more pronounced.”
