2011 Pinot Gris
The 2011 vintage was excellent for Pinot Gris with very clean, well balanced, fully ripe fruit and good varietal definition. The wine is rich and warming with oily textural qualities and a balanced and lingering finish. A very food friendly wine that will match a wide range of dishes.

Tasting Notes
Winemaker's notes:
"Hand picked on 7th April from the Northburn Station vineyard. Whole bunch pressed followed by 5 days settling. A long (2-month) cool fermentation followed until nearly dry. Approximately 12% under went fermentation in an oak barrel. The wine had extended lees contact before very light fining and bottling”
